Danielle works with our clients and home-care aides to schedule and change shifts. She also monitors active shifts through the ClockWork systems.
Dawn manages our office in Bonners Ferry. As a long term resident, Dawn understands the challenge of serving a rural area.
Jena handles billing for us, taking a special pride in accuracy and timeliness.
Lynn is the Executive Director of August Home Health. She also manages the Coeur d'Alene office, does client assessments, and develops care plans. Lynn has lived in Coeur d'Alene since early childhood. She has been with August Home Health for over 15 years.
Our field staff consists mainly of CNAs and homemakers, and also includes many RNs and LPNs. Most of our people have been with August Home Health for many years.
We hire carefully, supervise closely, and only keep those aides that are capable, responsible, and liked by our clients. We treasure our home-care aides who are experienced, show sound judgment in difficult situations, and are particularly good in easing the cares of worried clients.
