and we maintain it through constant monitoring.

Top Notch Employees

Employees are the main secret behind our reputation for quality. We hire, keep, and promote quality-minded people. And, we support them with quality-oriented policies.

  • A formal plan of care: Clients know what to expect. Home-care aides know what's expected of them.
  • Computerized scheduling: Both clients and home-care aides receive printed schedules well in advance. Last minute changes don't fall through the cracks.
  • Computerized records: Clients can audit our services charges at any time. Home-care aides can be evaluated objectively.
  • Employee training and evaluation: Capable and motivated employees can rise through the ranks, to everyone's benefit.
  • Employee benefits: Full-time August HH aides receive health benefits, a practice unheard of in our industry. We take good care them, so they can take good care of our clients.

What Our Clients Say:

"My caregiver is wonderful … She always goes beyond what I need and I’m blessed to have her!"

Constant Monitoring

We have invested in up-to-date technology (called ClockWork) to make sure that every home-care aide arrives on time, leaves on time, and accomplishes all assigned tasks on every shift.

This is how it works. The home-care aide calls ClockWork upon arriving at client's home. The same process is repeated before leaving, except the aide is now prompted to report on every assigned task on the client's plan of care. The answers form a permanent computer record.

Home-care aides can also receive and leave voice messages, which can be transcribed for future reference. Thus, ClockWork allows us to perform and monitor work around the clock.

You benefit from ClockWork in three ways:

  1. Dependable service
  2. Accurate bills
  3. Reports to authorized friends and family members
